Remove Try Gutenberg callout for WordPress 5.0+ #40

The Try Gutenberg callout was removed in https://core.trac.wordpress.org/changeset/43807.

That means we should remove the option to hide it when the WordPress version is higher or equal 5.0-alpha-43807.
