Clicking on top level items should reveal children #17

This would make it easier to drag around all items and should be fairly simple (add wp-has-current-submenu class on click). However, editing an item and its icon (see #2) should still work.

Wouldn't work when clicking should reveal an options menu to edit entries. See #2 and #1
