Improve output of `wp traduttore build --all` #146

https://github.com/wearerequired/traduttore/issues/104#issuecomment-438298504 mentions that the output of wp traduttore build --all should get improved.

Instead of the IDs the project name and locales should be part of the output. Maybe using \WP_CLI\Utils\report_batch_operation_results() is also an option.
