Mouse cursor turns to text selection when hovering links/buttons #35

Steps to reproduce

  1. Visit the app on a device with a mouse or trackpad
  2. Hover the mouse over the “Nominate with Facebook” button (specifically the text within the button)

Expected behaviour

The mouse cursor indicates that the control is a button/link, either with the normal arrow mouse pointer, or the hand icon.

Actual behaviour

The mouse cursor changes to a text selection cursor.

Observed in Chrome 58 on macOS 10.12.4, and Edge 38 on Windows 10.
