[x] separate the hero so that it'll become the index.html
[x] merge getting started + styleguide into one page, with the table-of-contents.js running the sidebar menu
[x] relink all broken media assets
[x] @edenvidal edit.

@edenvidal some of them will also work after publishing changes for the rnbw.company (to the main), for example, footer and header :)
