Run panel Pi under process monitor #35

So it'll restart on crash.

This monitor should automatically start up on Pi boot, too, in case the entire Pi crashes or is unplugged.

This issue is #mustfix because the panel Pis will not have a graphical interface—manually restarting the server would require SSH'ing into the Pi.

@igor47 assigning to you since I recall you saying you had some idea here.

yeah, i was going to write a systemd control file. i'll work on it tomorrow
