Use case: Forecasters create images and IDSS briefing documents via DSS Builder and from there they can automatically export and post those assets to social channels and slack.

Questions to answer:

Can a Forecaster create an image or PDF file and save it to our asset storage so that they can access it in Drupal and post it or hyperlink to it on the site?
We don't have a use case for this, but can a Forecaster can post an image or host a PDF to a new weather.gov automatically?

Email is out to the DSS Builder POC and will set up a technical briefing ASAP.
