[ ] Talk to Nashville to get the field’s perspective on how often they might need to reuse an older version of something.
[ ] Write up preferred timeframe past which things get deleted, and run past champions to share with compliance

We could get started on it, but yes, we wouldn't be able to finish it until we have a clearer idea of requirements for retention
