Discovery: CMS testing strategy / plan #1352

We probably need better testing for the CMS/config but not sure exactly how.

Two parts: we dont have permissions automated testing, different types of users and can do various things. Another thing was bug about preview, showed us we have this random config value not turned on for 1 content type. Do the right buttons show up for the right users for the right content type - shouldnt manually test. Big task and a lot of cases.
