Synthesize last few months of touchpoints feedback + setup reporting / charts

I think the goal with this is to review trends across our feedback to see if we're progressing in meaningful ways.

Here are some visualizations or tools we could build/try out

• Total count of feedback
• Feedback count over time
• Negative vs. Neutral vs. Positive trend graphs covering
  • Experience ratings over time
  • Satisfaction over time
  • Ease over time
  • Time needed over time
  • Comment sentiment over time
• Count of types of feedback
• Count of feedback tagged with neutral or negative sentiment with a ticket
• Count of category tags (or pivot table so that it can be easier to navigate)

This might be good for our LANTERNs to pick up.
