Ensure alignment with FY25 milestones #1523

We just need to be sure we're aligned with what milestones are being developed that involved Weather.gov 2.0.

Documented milestone adjustments in mural and got alignment across product and design.

In 2 weeks, we'll do so with champions and then update github milestones to reflect these changes to close.

Posted in slack last week, got pretty good alignment.

The only questions were how are factoring/managing authored content needs and translations.

But have active plans that are being socialized across champions.
