Explore possibilities for advanced Google Analytics #1629

How might we get some more advanced analytics on beta, such as scroll depth or pulldown menu? I don't think DAP allows events, so we may have to get a separate GA account, but I don't think it will be able to handle all the traffic.

Let's proactively look into a separate GA account, because I'd also like to have Search Keyword data as well (which also isn't supported by DAP).

My inclination is to deprioritize this work till later next year when we get closer to a more finished version of our UX and we're preparing for IOC.
