Include intensity of precipitation in QPF table

"Get rid of ‘Inches per hour’ in the rain chart and replace it with easy to understand words. Words like drizzle, medium, heavy etc. Most people say things like it’s going to drizzle outside, they don’t say there’s going to be .02” Per hour of rain outside! I personally don’t understand how heavy that would be, and I bet most people would not either."

Another thing that came up on the feedback call was the NDFD weather grid for precip intensity - I don't think they have an API, but they have a (non standard) WMS with some getcapabilities functionaility described here -https://vlab.noaa.gov/web/mdl/ndfd-point-data The GIS team will have 15 elements in OGC WMS by the end of the calendar year and hopefully add most other elements next year. We can request that they prioritize the weather element if it would be helpful
