The scope of this ticket is to: 1 - Map out the taxonomy structures for expected use cases 2 - Determine what components need to be updated to apply those structures

Use cases already in place: Region/WFO, event type Other use cases already identified: State Possible additional use cases mentioned that need exploration:

What's our definition of done for MVP?

I would say, to the extent possible (since we don't have all use cases yet), it would be: 1 - We've built out taxonomy structures for the use cases we have high confidence in 2 - We've updated the components built so far to use those taxonomy terms (added fields for them, essentially)
