Influence does not disappear after rites #129

  1. Issue Description Influences that should have disappeared in previous versions does not disappear

  2. Occurred Version 2022.q.1 QUIETPLACE

  3. Procedure (sample) (1) Do "Rite of Map's Edge" with "A White Ceremony" + "Marruvine Idol" + "Subtle Fracture (Knock-6 Influence)". (call Voiceless dead) (2) Complete Rite.

  4. Occurrence event The Voiceless dead are summoned and Subtle Fracture downgrades to Subtle Flaw(Knock-2 Influence).

  5. Expected event (Behavior in 2021version) The Voiceless dead are summoned and Subtle Fracture disappears.

  6. Note It may be the same root as #114, but I am sending this as a report just in case.

This is new but intended behaviour.
