GOG Cloud syncs local mods #192

GOG has no Workshop, so if I understand correctly, the only people this affects are GOG-only modders. If so this is really low-pri. But low-pri not no-pri. @Chelnoque I just sent you an invite for GOG dev portal access.

A relatively easy fix would be a /saves folder, not just putting saves in the game root. Which would be tidier anyway - saves in the root is another early, unexamined decision. This is why it's pri 8 not pri 9. (But even simple changes to saves cause dread and alarm.)

The official word on cloud saves is this: https://docs.gog.com/gc-cloud-saves/?h=cloud which suggests that saves are either all-or-nothing if we use their vanilla cloud feature, and configuration would need to be through their API. I'll put in a ticket and ask if there's a middle way.
