Aspects and xtriggers for verbs #214

Aspects can be specified for Verbs. An Aspect is present for recipe religibility purposes in the requirements, the extantreqs, and the tabletopreqs contexts.
Xtriggers can be specified for Verbs. <-- if the xtriggering aspect is present, the current verb for the situation changes to the one with the specified verbid, and the Manifestation updates
