Add in all other non-essential attributes, tables, and functions #11

Once I know enough to decide that this entire project isn't a sham, I need to add in all of the bell-and-whistle attributes/tables/views/etc so they at least have placeholders in the application.

When I get to this issue, I need to (a) beef up the ReadMe to actually layout the application's function and (b) start pushing code to this repo (as opposed to making new rails projects, which is what I'm doing now. It's helpful for getting through the basics)

My schema is still changing but I pretty much have this done. Moving do Done.
