Adding Event Tag for Event created in Relative's Event Timeline makes 2 Events and no EventTag for that Relative #32

Not really a bug exactly. The EventTag is added, but (in my brilliance) I stopped tags for a relative from showing up on his/her own page. So when I added a self-tag, it did right by adding a duplicate. This is another thing I need to verify--> If an eventTag already exists between an event and a relative, don't offer that person as a candidate for a new tag.
