Deleting Relatives messes Photos with deleted relative tagged

^^Actually, that first bullet is probably because of the poster field. The PhotoTags seem to actually work ok.

The photos posted by deleted relatives ought not be deleted (so it'd be best to not make posters required)

This actually seemed to work rather well. There was only a slight problem with showing photo posters who didn't exist anymore, but that's fixed too. I'll put this in 'done' for now but I still want to keep an eye out.
