Add True Grit resilience library #441

My apologies if I was supposed to add an issue, it wasn't clear.

Anyway, I'd like to add my True Grit library. It's just been made publicly available today, but it's been in use in production for a couple years.

@weavejester Err, not to bother you, but...how often is clojure-toolbox.com rebuilt? I don't see any of the recent changes.

Looks like the last build didn't upload properly. It should be fixed now (or whenever the CDN catches up).
