how to set jvm-opts for ring task #211

I'd like to pass some defines for jvm when I start ring server-headless task. Is that possible?

I tried to add it into :profile :dev section but it doesn't seem to do that.

Actually on a thorough look it did applied :profile :dev jvm-opts. Library behavior hided that
