Watch for DNS events and register containers in .weave.local with weaveDNS #20

This works around not being told by libnetwork about hostnames, in a simple way. It doesn't account for endpoints being added post-hoc, just containers starting with a weave endpoint (or at least, containers with a hostname in ".weave.local").
