scope guide and help file plus screen captures #136

There are two new files here:

  1. A new guide based on the new stack article that you guys wrote.
  2. A help file, but I'm wondering how it will be implemented. Do you want me to put a little menu on the top (something with anchors to the headings in the doc?) so people can jump to topics, i.e. launching probes, command reference, etc.

Anyway let me know how you'd like to see the the cloud service reference file and I'll restructure it.

Oh, and anything else I should add as well @davkal @peterbourgon @paulbellamy

I should add that I've left the help file somewhat unfinished, pending a decision on how it will be implemented. It's not really a guide, so we'll have to come up with a slightly different format.

Hi Anita: thanks for doing this! I've left some comments in line.

Re: help - right now we've put all the help-style documentation in the README in the scope repo. I suggest you start by improving and extending that; once it gets big enough we'll break it up into separate files in a subdirectory (docs?) in the scope repo, and have it compiled and uploaded to the website ala the weave docs.
