Remove some stale guides #193

Some guides are known not to work any more. Having them online is worse than not having them online. We'll have a copy of the content in version control if we want to refer to it later.

[ ] Remove them from here and the Weaveworks website.
[ ] Add website redirects to redirect those URLs to the guides homepage, which is more appropriate place for that traffic to land than the 404 page.

Scratch that, we're going to go through and fix the ones we suspect don't work.
