{WIP} new guide aws multicast #202

Initial commit for this example. The AWS template we have is not generic enough, as it references a different app. This app should be removed, and a new more generic template saved, which contains, a cluster, net and scope. If you guys can do that, I will update the screen captures.

also, we might want to move the demo app to weaveworks dockerhub.

I've included screen captures with the other template, and gave instructions on whether to use the app or not, and since there is a problem with some regions in this template, maybe we should use the one that works.
