Add description to command line flags #287

Automation on user side (Grafana Mimir) cannot distinguish between faulty or intentionally empty description at this moment. Suggest adding some meta information if we want to have such "hidden" flags. But people dumping request header should know what they are doing so I think it's ok to not hide these.
