What permissions are needed for the demo? #17

It's unclear what permissions are needed to complete the hands-on demo :( After spending an inordinate amount of time in the AWS IAM console... I surrendered...

I added full administrative access to the IAM role and yet, still nothing! What's missing?

Closing.. 🤦‍♂ This appears to be due to AWS not having a way to bill me :). The error message they give on the command line is not helpful at all.

I eventually was redirected to this message after playing around in the AWS console for a while and clicking on the EC2 tab.

Give them a credit card number and this error goes away.
