[Story] Add ability to trigger Audit (Policy Scan)

Objective:

We want to allow users to trigger policy audits (scan) on demand.

Acceptance Criteria

• Introduce a way to manually trigger the audit functionality for
  • All policies
  • Subset of the policies
  • Single policy
• The audit results will continue to show in a separate view using the explorer functionality
• We need to solve having redundunt policy violations coming from the audit mode due to multiple frequencies or manual triggers.
• We should be able to trigger the policy scan from the UI. (This will need another user story)
