Deleting an entity and refreshing the page throws error #57

I removed the violating-service through git and hit refresh in the browser :

Expected result :

Entity not found error.

This appears to show the same error as I experienced on the internal dev cluster for Core, whilst clicking on individual items in the details list https://weaveworks.slack.com/archives/C01M1BJQ7AT/p1665492307308339
