Add Application Flow is missing Highlight in the Menu Tab #74

Click on a cluster and then the "Add Application" button.

This will bring you to the "Add Application" flow, but you are missing the highlight in the left navigation pane :

@LutzLange whilst I agree we should address this, I can't see why this is more than Low Priority/Severity especially given the breadcrumb indication.

It is a very easy fix, right? I don't want to let is rot in low priority.
