Rename weave cloud master branches to main #2728

A bit of a meta issue. Github, and weaveworks's open source projects, have all moved away from calling the default branch master, to calling them main instead. Across service/service-cfg/service-ui/launcher/launch-generator/etc, we should do the same.

I've done service, service-ui, service-con, launcher, launch-generator. I consider those to be the main weave cloud repos, so I'm gonna consider this done.
