Rename scope.weave.works

@monadic would like us to make the service less scope-specific. Here are all the places I could find where we mention scope:

Places that need updating:

• URL is scope.weave.works
• The page title is Weave Scope
• Logo in top left current says "weavescope"
• Landing page copy reads:

Weave Scope is a fast and simple way to visualize, manage and monitor containers and microservices

• and

Learn more about Weave Scope on our website.

• lots of mentions of the signup process and "early access program" are now out of date
• emails read:

This single-use login link is valid for 3 days. You can generate a new one at any time by logging in at https://scope.weave.works

You need to run probes on your Docker hosts to send information to Weave Scope. Instructions for that are available once you log in.

Various answers from @monadic: URL=cloud.weave.works is 1st pref (alternatively run.weave.works) Title, name, etc=Weave Cloud, weave cloud iframe title= "My Scope" - not 'My' something TBC. (The nav bar needs a general review.)
