Create small ontologies for quick development

Currently, there are two big actions and things schemas based on: https://github.com/creativesoftwarefdn/weaviate-semantic-schemas

Add two more to this repo (things and actions) that are really small and easy to use.

Make sure to include:

[x] keywords
[x] properties for strings, integers, floating point and other classes => list of types: https://github.com/creativesoftwarefdn/weaviate#value-types

Instead of new ontologies, use playground schemas, but keep reqs in mind
