Demo pages don't load in Chrome #92

Looks like our version of the Polymer library might be too far out of date.

Tested using Google Chrome 64.0.3282.119 stable.

I'll look at updating the version of Polymer soon. It's a big change, we're doing Polymer 1 and that's well-deprecated.
