Course offering dropdown not being populated correctly #55

The course offerings dropdown on the top-right of the home page for instructors is not being populated correctly. As of right now it doesn't sort the offerings by term as it should.

In addition to that the only option to view all offerings for a term is for the term of the offering currently being viewed. For example, if you have offerings in the Fall 2013 semester and in the Spring 2014 semester, and is viewing an offering in the Spring semester, only the "All Spring 2014 Offerings" option shows up.

The dropdown is now being populated correctly and contains an "all offering in a term" option per term, as one would expect.
