State of CSS 2022 as input for Interop 2023 #2

How did State of CSS 2021 work out as input for Interop 2022? What can we change and do better to repeat this for Interop 2023?

We should be very careful to not make the survey more tedious, it has to be fun for developers or response rates will erode over time.

@LeaVerou has published https://lea.verou.me/2022/07/help-design-the-state-of-css-survey-2022/, which says:

The feedback period will be open until August 20, then we will start working on launching the survey.

Feedback should be posted to https://github.com/Devographics/Surveys/issues, I'll close this issue since there's no concrete work to be done in this repo.
