Description

Firefox currently does not support the "plaintext-only" state for the contenteditable attribute.

Firefox just enabled default support for this in the Nightly channel and are actively working on polishing their implementation, so it seems like Firefox might ship it in the decently near future anyways. So maybe making this an Interop focus area doesn't make sense any more, but I'll leave the issue open just in case.
