Update git_repo var to use new repo name #34

In looking at this more, I think we can actually change the project_name property in ansible/group_vars/all/vars.yml line 13. My concern was if we were using the project name to set the database name or application service name. We aren't for the DB. We are for the service, but I think as long as we do a ./run-playbook.sh configure instead of just a deploy, it should take care of itself.

I don't want to mess up what you're doing with staging, so could you give that a shot and see if that works? If you change it, do a configure on staging, and https://pulls-staging.web-platform-tests.org/ still works with the same data, it was successful). If it works, update this PR to be that change. If not, we'll just do this.

Tested with wpt-pullresults as project_name, and works fine - updated PR to reflect that.
