Add GitHub icon and travis badge to pulls #38

It can be useful to tell if the given branch is already failing when looking at a failed build for a PR. Just re-uses the travis-ci API for the badge.

Since this is an aesthetic change that others will have to live with, I'm going to punt to @jgraham or @gsnedders to make the call on this. I believe this is demonstrated at https://pulls-staging.web-platform-tests.org/pull/1 for the moment.
