Hi, would you please help to explain more to me about this task :) How did you get this list of obsoleted labels? Via some scripts? And for relabeling those open issues/PRs do you have any ideas to do it efficiently? Manually relabeling them one by one would be a tough work.

Most of this has been done. And it will need to be re-done once in a while. Building the thing to notice when it's happened would be good :)
