Update LICENSE to MIT #2

Hmm, since you are the only committer I think I only need to ask you if you agree:

@RichardLindhout Do you agree to license your current commits to the project as MIT?

Any future commits with this LICENSE would be MIT. MIT is forward compatible to GPL.
