Add support for joox.com and kkbox.com #1918

Expected behavior

JOOX is one of the most commonly used streaming sites in South Asia locations, such as Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, Macao and Hong Kong.

KKBOX is another very commonly used streaming sites especially popular in Chinese-speaking locations, like Taiwan, Hong Kong, Macao, Singapore, Malaysia and also offers service in Japan.

I hope both sites would be supported by the application, which has had the capability to support other popular music services in Asia.

Possible solution

I see a thread attempting to figure out how to add joox.com support so it may be just a matter of getting it implemented.

JOOX only requires registration of a free account to play songs freely while KKBOX offers a free trial. It should be possible to figure out how to fetch artist, song and album names without paying.
