Is there an explanation why there are two licenses applicable, MIT AND Apache 2.0? I am aware of dual licenses where the user can choose between two or more licenses ("X OR Y"), but I am struggeling to understand how the code can be under two different licenses at the same time. Or does this releate to different portions of the code or versions?
