add lfs commands: track / untrack
add .libra_attributes file for LFS patterns
update add command for LFS: stage pointer file & backup LFS file
update restore commnad for LFS: downlaod LFS file from remote or copy from cache to replace pointer file
update push command for LFS: upload all related LFS files before PACK
TODO: support lock API
