We decided to create a czech "association" organization:

Before the foundation

[x] Find an accountant who can help us
[ ] Write statue ("stanovy")
[ ] Consult final statue with lawyer and accountant
[ ] Register virtual address in Prague
[ ] Meet IRL in Prague and sign papers

After the foundation

[ ] Register a Data Box
[ ] Create a Bank account
[ ] Create a Crypto Exchange account
