Fix meta tags and links preview #7

Fixes #2

Updating the meta tags. I used the same components as the news project

Titles should be correct for every pages and the same meta description is used on every pages (but can be changes depending on the needs)

I attempted to make some image preview hoping it doesn't looks too bad. Let me know what you think and if you're keen to use them. Otherwise can keep it more simple.

Since the images are using prod url its a bit difficult to try out the preview until it's deployed but I've tried with that astro tool to check if it looked okay.

I just modified the meta title generation for subpages to be also in the form <Page> | Web3Privacy Now (eq. - include our name).
