Purpose of "Rebuild" button is not extremely intuitive #306

i used the app to visualize one tumor type and one gene. after having clicked submit, i added another tumor type, and then i assumed that "rebuild" would rebuild the plots with the new tumor type.

knowing how the app works internally, it makes sense that this didn't work. but this could surprise most users.
