add: tutorial #311

this adds a tutorial using intro.js.

it's still a work in progress, but i think this will be quite easy to maintain... can people take a look at this branch and go through the tutorial? i don't think the actual wording is good, but i'm curious about people's thoughts on the layout and general feel.
