I replaced the url for Issue #383.

Jie Xi, you'll need to change the branch you are merging into from "master" to "development". You should be able to do so by clicking on the "Edit" button at the top-right of the page when you open this pull request.

Hi,

I made the change under the herokuapp-replacement branch. Do I also need to make the change in the development branch?

In addition, when I click on edit, it allows me to change the “base branch” but not “compare branch”. So I’m unable to select the development branch.

No need to make the change in the development branch (the purpose of a pull request is for the development branch to be updated with the changes in another branch).

As for changing the branch you're merging into, can you confirm that clicking on the "Edit" button shows a dropdown menu like this? image
